Moving home

We are here to help you to make moving home as stress free as possible. There are so many different aspects of house buying, from putting in an offer to choosing good legal advice.

The main role of our team is to minimise your stress by ensuring a smooth process for you, therefore we work hard to ensure that from initial enquiry to completion day we are keeping you updated every step of the way.

We achieve this via our frequent communication with you, and our many years’ experience of the moving process.

At all stages, we keep you updated with the progress of your application. We also ensure that if any issues arise, they are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

We arrange an initial meeting with you, during which we find out about you and the property. This enables us to tailor our advice to your individual needs.

We then search the whole mortgage market to find the deals most suited to your needs. Once we have given our advice and agreed on the correct course of action, we work to get the mortgage offer issued by the lender and sent to you and your solicitor.

What next?

We do not just help obtain your mortgage offer. Our personal service ensures that we help you with all aspects of the home buying process. This includes helping you find an efficient, reliable local solicitor and liaising with your Estate Agent to ensure your new home is purchased with as little stress as possible.

We can also help arrange the Building and Contents insurance for your new property and ensure that all your protection (whether that be Life Cover, Critical Illness cover or Income Protection) are updated for your new circumstances.

If you are at the early stages of looking for a new home, contact us and we can arrange a ‘Decision in Principle’ from a lender.

This will show to prospective sellers and Estate Agents that you are in a strong position to purchase.

This will ensure that any offer you make is taken seriously and can help you ensure the property is withdrawn from general sale.
